TEMPEST builds centralized and open solutions for operating technologies to be monitored at the customer. In addition to infrastructure, solutions comprehensively cover monitoring of provided services and business processes. TEMPEST integrates the existing environment to support ITSM processes with new monitoring while developing technological and process frameworks for future expansion.

TEMPEST has modernized the environment that provides applications for Magio digital television, which is offered by Slovak Telekom under the product brand of T-Com. TEMPEST integrated and added new functionalities of the system based on the agreed technological platform and created a frame for further expansion of digital television, satellite television and mobile applications. Customers of Slovak Telekom will notice the contributions in the form of extended options to manage applications and new interactive services that will significantly increase their comfort and possibilities of Magio digital television. A detailed analysis of the existing MCore version along with new requirements preceded the proposal of the particular solution. With regard to other systems that needed to be integrated and are built on the product portfolio of Microsoft Corporation, we proposed to use the same technological background also for the core of the system for web application of Magio service - MCore2.
