The group of ISO/IEC 20000 standards (hereinafter referred to as the “standards”) is an international standard applicable to the IT service management (ITSM). It is a part of the family of ISO standards focusing on management systems and is based on the ITIL library. ISO/IEC 20000 comprises two parts: ISO/IEC 20000-1 and ISO/IEC 20000-2.
