BackTEMPEST Has Cisco Unified Computing System Competence Centre
Bratislava (9 July 2012) – TEMPEST is the only company in Slovakia with a competence centre for next generation data centre technologies – Unified Computing System (UCS) by Cisco. Customers can therefore test possibilities offered by this technology in a real environment and with no further cost.
TEMPEST is also the first company in Slovakia to be awarded a specialisation Cisco Advanced Unified Computing Technology. When establishing the competence centre TEMPEST used their know-how not only in the field of IT structures integration, operation and administration but also in the field of providing complex end-to-end services. TEMPEST has thus added another platform of a strong technology partner to its server infrastructure portfolio.
In order to create a competence centre we had to invest in hardware necessary in a technologic laboratory, train specialists, obtain necessary certificates and meet all other strict criteria defined by Cisco.

The competence centre confirms our leading position in developing, managing and administrating large IT infrastructures.
