Solutions for monitoring technologies, services and processes of Slovak Telekom

TEMPEST builds centralized and open solutions for operating technologies to be monitored at the customer. In addition to infrastructure, solutions comprehensively cover monitoring of provided services and business processes. TEMPEST integrates the existing environment to support ITSM processes with new monitoring while developing technological and process frameworks for future expansion.
