Planned change in TEMPEST Board of Directors

After seventeen years in top posts of the company, founder of TEMPEST Peter Kotuliak, has decided to occupy the post of Chairman of the Supervisory Board. After lengthy consideration, on 1 July 2010 Peter Kotuliak finished his activities in the statutory body of the company. As a shareholder and Chairman of the Supervisory Board, he will continue to deal with the strategic and development activities of the company. He made the move in order to reduce his workload linked to the post of Chairman of the Board of Directors, and to create space for the future growth of the company.
